.WHERE To START AND WHAT Plan? . TEACHers, EDUcators SHOULD get reduced in teaching classes for a certain time AND following Professional Development courses by experienced coaches during that time… These experienced coaches (from inside or outside the school) could get named “Key Instructors” or something else. Once THEY know it by PracTICE it’s THEIR role to give “Professional Development” courses to other teachers, educators. The curriculum as well SHOULDN’T be static, it MUST get updated as soon as there is something NEW to adapt to the situation.

A very quick way of adapting for Professional Development is a daily base routine of Curation to grow YOUR “PKM” AND by using ===> Coaching and/or Mentoring <===. As well as Co-Teaching, TEAM-TEACHing, as one learns from each other.
. These ideas would be very easy to implement into your teaching and give students the opportunity to explore their learning through different media.
This article give examples of how Voice Thread, Diigo, Scoop.It, Instagram, Pinterest, and Feedly can be used to enhance teaching and learning. The article wraps up with three key benefits of using social media in the classroom.
Students may not want to befriend their teacher on Facebook, but that doesn't mean social media is out of the question for school assignments.

SO… Let us analyse WHY WE get Social Media and other services on the internet for “FREE“. BTW: there isn’t anything for FREE, WE pay with OUR information which the companies are gathering!

WE are living in a very quick changing world as the internet opens NEW possibilities, NOT ONLY for searching and publishing. WE are talking actually a lot about the ===> Internet of Things, Internet of Everything <=== whereby a lot of people have it already at home without knowing WHAT it actually is! So, does ALSO EDUcation which need to adapt to it as the internet is a common right for anyone.
EDUcation is STILL looking on the How-To to implement it for LEARNing and TEACHing and (like usual…) struggling and behind that evolution, an evolution that is NOT temporary but will certainly go much further when one is watching on each day (thanks to the internet) the NEW discoveries, new technology, new materials based on Nano-Technology. WHAT was true YESTERDAY isn’t anymore TODAY!
Therefore it is important, actually a MUST, that in EDUcation the students, learners, will get prepared for the (not so anymore unknown) near future, they MUST get prepared for ===> LEARNing-To-LEARN <===, to be able to adapt their knowledge by daily routines, they will become ===> Life-Long-LEARNing <=== persons!

First the preparation of the educators, teachers, instructors for themselves to acquire the necessary knowledge and/or to update their existing knowledge for the given topic and THEN the preparation for THEIR learners (students) preparation; THE WAY how the course will get given and ALSO some HELP for the learners.
