I created LITE FEET SCOOP TO reference for my own resume but also to provide anyone interested a link to the multitude of YOUTUBE Channels, Sound Cloud and personal sites dedicated to this unique art form and the talented dancers who participate.

It is not possible for a human starts to run without has learnt to walk first. That is why I shared this short (but interesting) infographic in which details about the principles of adult learning are exposed, and whoever is interested in learning more about Andragogy should know before going deeper in the concept .This little introduction presents what adults are (how there are motivated, how they use their experiences); how adults learn (all that they want to learn); and how those principles should be applied (use the information of “what adults are” and “how adults learn” together). I consider that there is no another simple to be introduced to the world of the adult learning for beginners.

At a glance, I thought this a helpful infographic. It also made me think of the types of feedback I give my students. In addtion to using a rubric (marking criteria), I tend to provide a fair bit of written feedback.
How about you...Which types of feedback have you found to be very effective in terms of student learning (as oppose to time-saving for us)?
Designing and planning assesment in online learning is very important. This infographic reminds us of the importance of making the task student centric and that ongoing feedback is critical.
