오늘은 운동을 몇시에 하고 몇시간을 자는걸 매일 결정하고 바꾸는 것보다 자기의 기준을 만들어놓고 거기에 자연스럽게 살아가는게 훨씬 스트레스를 덜받는다고 하네요~ 예를 들면, 하루 8시간자기, 매일 일어나자마자 운동하기 등등. 한번 시도해보는건 어떨까요??
