Website management app Weebly has updated to version 3.0. Weebly now has iPad support, website creation from scratch, and more, including support for iOS 8. Weebly now allows you to create a website right in the app. Open Weebly and select Log In or Sign Up. If you're signing up, you'll input an email address, password, then choose the name of your domain.
