Pretty good guidelines for early learners. I have a 4 year old nephew who is very much into technology. Most of the time he has his mother's phone or the tablet. Most of the time he is watching Youtube videos or playing games such as Subway Surfers. Although I do not believe he is doing anything out the ordinary, I do feel as though a closer monitoring should be in place. Being that he does have older siblings.
