I absolutely support this initiative. Just like librarians are trying to debunk the "Marian, Librarian" stereotype of shushing prudes, tenure professors need to dust off their statuesque behavior and progress with the technological times. Too often I find that complacency is the rut of university staff. Keeping their nose to the ground on connecting their works with students can't do anything but enhance progress all the way around.
