It can be said that cell phones and tablets are the technological devices that re used the most today and if they are well directioned, they can work as tools for academic instruction. According to a study conducted at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, the 92% of students affirm the facility of using their mobile device to enhance the access to i nformation they have. Therefore, it has been proven that students are more confident getting and compiling information in their mobile devices, they will not be stranded and will be able to find anything they want to find, right at the time they need it. Hence, it is recommended to have in mind the implementation of mobile devices like the ones already mentioned to carry out classes that use technology in order to acquire and assemble data required in the different learning processes. 

Although mobile technology is a great tool in our teaching and learning experience, many who use it only use it to increase efficiency and not necessarily effectiveness. This article provides 5 suggestions of how to effectively use mobile technology in the classroom.
