After seeing the effects of multitasking, I think that sticking to just one task at a time seems to be more efficient and effective than doing multiple tasks together. However, people’s lives are packed and they rarely have free time to spend. As such, I feel that even if people know downsides of multitasking, people would still continue at it as they feel like they complete more within the same time frame. Starting from now, I will focus on one task at a time in order to complete the task efficiently and effectively.
