The business insider is a good online newspaper that has been around for a few years. This article in particular is just more so showing proof of even the big companies jumping on the music streaming train. Right now streaming music is the cash cow of this era. Google already has google music but they are branching out to add more revenues for streaming music.

I found this article insightful on the usage and sharing right enforced under copyright laws. Songza getting bought out by google was probably good for various artists. Finding a new crowd without even having to try. I didn’t realize that streaming apps are engineered to recognize music better than say YouTube or a google search. The publishers link is simple with a nice snapshot of her face. The publisher and the site are endorsed or owned by Business Insider. This article goes to show how music can influence our technology.

MakeUseOf is nothing if not thorough. This is a solid list of sources for copyright-friendly, CC-licensed music. The comments (surprisingly) provide some additional depth/nuance to the resource.
