"In total, about 8% of students in Europe have access to a laptop or tablet, but this differs between countries. 90% of Norwegian students have access to a tablet. 40% of Spanish students aged 13-14 have access to a tablet. However, compare this to Finland, Lithuania, Estonia and Slovenia, where hardly any students of this age have access.”
