The university of nebraska medical centre and has begun work on a state of the art training facility amounting to a $10.5m investment in VR, Hololens and 3D media technologies. This looks to be a further sign of the VR for education market maturing if not mainstreaming. The real success story however will be in how they adapt their curricula to fully embed this technology to enhance learning gains.
