Preparing staff to explore and embed Web 3.0 in their practices is the challenge here.
VLEs still have their place for now as a stable baseline but these new emerging and possibly transcient technologies are like riding a bunch of wild horses, jumping from one to another as they stampede through the plain. There's not time to be an expert in a single technology anymore, just jack of all or master of some perhaps?
